I chose First Choice Renovations to side our house and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. James was prompt in responding to my request for a quote for the new siding and was accommodating with working around my work schedule. He was honest and up front about everything and I immediately knew that his company was who I was going to use. James was understanding when I asked to push our house project back a couple of months and kept in touch with me leading up to when they were going to start. The entire team that worked on our house were professional, extremely hard working and courteous. They said they would arrive by 8am and were there by 7:45am. They cleaned up at the end of each day and kept in contact with me throughout the duration of the project. They did a beautiful job on our house and I am so happy. I would highly recommend James and the First Choice Renovations team and am already planning on using them in the future for other projects.

We hired First Choice Renovations to replace the 35 year old cedar siding on our house. We chose them because they introduced us to a siding product(Alside Ascend) that fulfilled our vision for the house at a price that we were comfortable with. A different company gave us a quote which was significantly more and the rep told us that Ascend is a “bear to install”. This contradicted everything we had read and what James Edwards, the owner of First Choice Renovations told us and demonstrated to us. James was in regular communications(on-site or text) with us throughout the process and the presence of one or both of his sons working on site provided extra peace of mind. They were able to start our project about six weeks after we signed the contract. The entire crew were courteous, hard-working, skilled, fastidious and well-organized. While new siding is not cheap, we feel like we got real value for our investment and a beautiful outcome from First Choice Renovations.

James and his crew did amazing work with our window and vinyl siding project. From the initial appointment to the final clean up, it could not have been a smoother transaction. We got estimates from a number of other companies, but James went over and beyond to earn our business and trust. We highly recommend First Choice Renovations and will continue to use them as projects arise. We love the look of our remodeled home and have nothing but positive things to say.

This company is amazing. We had our siding, soffit and gutters done. Great work, everything came out great. The crew that installed, worked in negative degree temperature and really did a bang up job. We would recommend this company to anyone that wants there home to look amazing. Very professional all around from start to finish. A++

The experience with First Choice Renovations was wonderful. From the moment that James introduced himself, I knew this was a contractor with vast knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. He took the time to listen to our needs and present us with a doable proposal. Sometimes, we all get taken by the size of the company or a brand /name. While this is a small to medium company, the quality of the work and attention to detail is better than many bigger companies in our area. Another factor that weighted heavy to give this company a go  was that it was a family business. I also enjoyed that I got to know the crew, and they were always the same guys. James and his crew  were approachable and were always sharing information on the process and answering my questions. I will recommend James his sons and the company to anyone who is looking for a company that does quality work at an affordable price without losing the customization look and touch.  My family and I are statict with the result and we recommended to all our neighbors and people that ask us.   Three to four weeks after completion, our house kept that house that everyone slowed down to look at, and everyone complemented. Great job on my roof tear off, new roof, siding and front porch remodel! Very professional and efficient. Roof was done in 1 day. Rest of job finished in 4.5 days. James was very responsive to any issues. I highly recommend this company!

First Choice Renovations did a great job on our roofing and siding job! Both were damaged by hail. James worked with my insurance company to make sure as much of the cost of the repairs could be recovered as possible. He even provided justification for a couple items insurance wasn't going to cover initially. Work was completed as scheduled. Highly recommend going with First Choice for any roofing or siding job! You wont be disappointed.

I highly recommend this company. James and his crew are top notch. Best of the best. Clean courteous professional. Left the job site better than they found it. Left nothing undone. Close attention to detail. Used these guys for siding, roofing, emergency roofing. Quotes were spot on or under.

I reached out after hours due to a leak in my ceiling.First Choice Restorations was at my home within an hour.what inthaught was a small leak turned into a big nightmare! First choice found rotted wood and mold left behind from past owners...James was very honest and upfront..he didnt just tell me ,he showed me the damage. They are very professional and have excellent communication. They pretty much rebuilt my roof and facia boards..new gutters too. Now I can rest assure I have a solid roof that will not leak. I highly recommend First Chice Restoration
